PreScan reduces the time spent scanning barcodes. Instead of scanning items one by one, the cashier enters all items with one button. Barcodes are quickly transferred at electronic speed.

PreScan is used with the ‘next in line’ customer. As your cashier services the ‘front of line’ customer, the ‘next in line’ customer is idle.

Use PreScan during this idle time to scan in his items. PreScan remembers these barcodes. When the ‘next in line’ customer becomes the ‘front of line’ customer, the cashier presses a button to immediately retrieve all the barcodes from PreScan.
